Charity Support

Most common fines-proceeds will go to the legitimate Charity or Charities of the Offender's choice.  Fines-proceeds will no longer go to any government fund, bond, account, or etc.  No processing or other fees shall be charged by said entities, either.

Example:  Speeding ticket.  Violator chooses the Charity or Charities they want the proceeds to go to.  Charities must be recognized by our State as legitimate, not as unofficial.  ACLU, Innocence Project, ACLJ, Scouts, Faith Organizations, Salvation Army, ADL, SPLC, Wounded Warrior Project, Catholic Charities, Shriners, Childrens Hospitals, Mayo Clinic, & etc, are but some of the many options that YOU will be able to choose from.

No financial donation from fines proceeds shall benefit any government individual, group, organization, fund, or etc.  No processing or other fees shall be charged by said entities, either.  Policing for Profit, will be ended.

Currently, all proceeds are divided three-ways evenly.  The Judge who sets the fine-amount, gets one-third.  The Regulator, who initiated the actions against you, gets one-third.  The bureaucratic area, where the fleecing of you is taking place, gets one-third.  That's going to be ended if you elect me.
