Protection by Residents' Control

The Jarvis-Gann Initiative was Proposition-13 several years ago.  Career-bureaucrats & parasitic-sloth of the public-trough hated its implementation, which was voted-in by landslide, & they hate it to this very day.  Some Candidates want to overcome it so they can go back to politics-as-usual.  It forbade tax-increases without a very large fraction of California Residents' approval by Statewide vote.  That vote never came & that vote never will.  I'll be quashing any attempts by anyone to overcome the will of We, the People.  The Jarvis-Gann Initiative is going to remain the law in California; Kalifornia be damned.

I reforms in-mind for us in regard to DMV & related.  How does that sound to you?  DMV will be replaced with an Organization having far less bureaucracy, bureaucratic-hoops for you to be marshalled-through, rules, regulations, codes, forms, papers, proofs, bloat, sluggishness, unnecessary requirements, empowered-reach, & so-forth.

The rules of the road will also be streamlined, reduced, prevented from incessant changes such as car-seats for children & teenagers & more.  Each Vehicle Code rule will be compared to those of other States & the more liberal specifics will be adopted or retained.  Driver requirements, equipment requirements, bureaucracy requirements, recordkeeping, dossiers against Travelers, & more, will be eased in many cases.  Kalifornia's harshness will be history & a lesson learned.  Freedoms & privacy will be revived if you elect me & Representatives who will work WITH me, not AGAINST me, to end Ze People's Socialist Republik und Police State uf Kalifornia.
