Public-Through Labor Unions

I intend to Farm-Out, Offshore, Contract, Voucher, & so-forth – some of the responsibilities of the State of California that are Staffed with Unionized Gluttons who never cease to take-take-take, & then take some more. 

I support private Labor Organizations that make the lives of the Working Class familty as good as can be expected, while not hurting Competitive Commerce in doing so.  One example of having gone too far is the Teamsters' destruction of Emery Worldwide – Consolidated Freightways Motor Freight, Inc. CFMF was a legacy freight transportation Company with a great history that was wrongfully shuttered by Union greed & lust for power.  That put tens of thousands out of work & was un-ac-ceptable !  Emory Worldwide, & CFMF, no longer exist outside of historical note.

In many cases, though, Collective Bargaining protects the Working Class American from being taken advantage of.  I certainly support taking good care of people & if necessary, through Labor Unions.

I don't support the CTA, CAHP, CCPOA, or others, such.  Not at all.  These are outlawed Unions in disguise as "Associations' & effectively control the State Personnel matters without being employed by California, themselves, or having elected to do so by State process.  These are Unions of parasitic-sloth of the public-trough I intend to break.

To do so I hope to contract with other States & Private Corporations & even Foreign Nations, to carry-out our jailing & imprisoning, converting some of our State Prison Facilities into operations that serve the people in housing, vocational training, Business ventures, & so-forth.  The end of Kalifornia's Prison-Industrial Complex is on the horizon.

Compulsory education will be vouchered to Private Educational Systems where Parents elect, if they don't want their children indoctrinated by bureaucratic State 'Teachers' with personal agendas.  Education will be made available through State budgets through the semester-ending that follows a Student's 20th birthday.  That'll give more College-preparation & actual College courses to our youth, in about the same way a Community College offered two years or sixty credit units for a minimal enrollment fee.  Historically where it was most important, twenty was the first year of age considered adult & the age of accountability, & that's the reason for 20 being my adult-recognition age.

This is to end the stranglehold on us that the CTA Union has on our Kalifornia School Systems.  They've been running the show for decades & making it worse every year.  They forced year-round schooling, & it failed.  They've arranged several periods on mini-vacations for themselves, by shortening the Summer Break that ran from the end of May until the first or second week of September.  I'll end that, & We, the People, will regain the control of our children's education that's rightfully ours.  Our children will again be able to read, write, solve math problems, have marketable skills, have homemaking skills, be physically fit, & so-forth.  They will have no time wasted on them that indoctrinates hatred & resentment & division, that our socialist-agenda "Educators" force onto them.  We're going to get rid of pretentious "Educators" & bring back humble "Teachers."

CHP will be replaced & the CAHP will be defunded by CHP's STO's, themselves.  Sheriff Departments will assume the responsibilities of CHP while the replacement Agency is being Stood Up & Staged to assume responsibilities.  Sheriff Departments' budgets will receive the monetary amounts formerly earmarked for CHP's STO's in proportional allotments to what CHP would've been expected to spend on operations within the various Counties the Sheriff Departments are going to assume temporary additional responsibility for.  CHP, will be replaced.  With the Tan & Blue Revenue Crew, we'll be through.  Go away, 3A.

The scope of responsibilities that the replacement Agency will be tasked with, will be much more along the lines of real police work instead of the limited traffic & revenue focus of CHP's STO's.  It will be modeled similar to State Police Departments that are tasked with full policing responsibilities.  There will be highway safety, waterway safety, airborne patrol, criminal investigation also including arson, patrol, juvenile, wildlife & habitat protection, search & rescue, protective service, crime prevention, Border security & control, State Homeland security, & so-on.  Real Police work, not just traffic & revenue opportunities by Unionized STO's being paid obscenely-well into the six-figures range.  That Thugee & Highwayman racket is going to be ended.
