FIRE!

CalFire is going to be greatly increased in equipment, line-personnel, stationing, aviation, apparatus, & everything they need.  We're going to listen to them & not make the mistakes of bureaucracies of the past, in ignoring them, cost the losses of entire Towns due to not having water, not having water uphill for gravitational transfer, & so-on.  This same tragic & costly mistake has reoccurred for at least the past two centuries here in America.  A lack of constant action by local Fire Companies may lead Voters to a disposition of complacency, but when they're needed, they need to have everything they need, ALREADY in-hand.

This will be bad news for some of the Brass, because to add Line Personnel, I'm going to be getting rid of many of you lazy, parasitic, slothful fat-cats.  My Hometown went from three Battalion Commanders to one, & the one remaining is still obscenely overpaid, which either takes-away from firefighting budgets or adds taxes to the Residents; probably both. 

A former & late Battalion Commander told me that BnCdr's actually do very little, when they do anything at all.  He admitted that by the time any BnCdr has to lift a finger, much has to have gone very wrong.  Fire Captains are all we need, most of the time. 

There are going to be significant reductions of the numbers of managerial 'Firemen,' & managerial pay-reductions to the point of acceptability by the Public.  Your insulated ability to abuse We, the People, will be history.  We want to have Firemen paid well, well-equipped, & prepared, but we don't need & don't want 'Brass on their Ass' who do little & are grossly overpaid to the point of obscenity.  Worse yet, most of them have an arrogance of entitlement.  That's going to END!

CalFire Line Personnel, though, will enjoy significant improvements in the overall CalFire organization, their careers, their living conditions, & all-else that I'll be helping you with.  Look forward to it!  But you will have to vote me in, to receive the promises I make, & you will have to vote-in Representatives who will work WITH me, not AGAINST me, to end Ze People's Socialist Republik und Police State uf Kalifornia.
