Innocent Until Proven Guilty & Slander Prohibited

I lost my own Business after the attacks of the WTC on September 11th 2001 changed the American economy, as our Enemy had hoped.  I took odd-jobs & eventually was called to review a minor home-improvement project, did so, & was arrested with a gun held at my temple.  Being a Handyman wasn't something I'd aspired to do, but I had three kids still at home & I took what I could while the Great Recession, layoffs, bankruptcies, closures, hiring freezes, & etc were happening across our Nation.  It didn't affect the parasitic-sloth of the public-trough at all, but the rest of us took some significant setbacks, hits, losses, divorces, & etc.

That arrest got me my only Front Page, center, color photograph in the local Paper I'd ever achieved.  The Editor had me shown seated, handcuffed wrong & painfully, being bullied by a little guy who'd been fired from the San Jose PD & fired from the Visalia PD, & hired by the Tulare County D.A.  The Editor is or was one to allow any amount of space in the local Paper to the various civilian peace officers who submitted opinions.  He wouldn't print any counter-commentaries.  I complained about that to their Headquarters in Florida.  The news-stranglehold ended.  When I was arrested, the Editor retaliated by having me shown front-page center, in living color, handcuffed painfully wrong, being overlorded by fourth-string Investigators.

My carry-permit was ignored, & my gun was seized "for safekeeping" which doesn't exist in the Penal Code, with the little-man Investigator's Glock pistol muzzle pressed hard up against my temple & he had his finger on the trigger.  That was theft of a firearm under color of authority & those felonies should've had little-man imprisoned for a decade or so, but no; he continued employment with the D.A.

The arguments during the trial for one felony & one misdemeanor lasted about a whopping ten minutes, & the Jury deliberation seemed to last about five whole seconds.  "Not Guilty," full acquittal, & an apology from the Trial Judge.  The Trial Judge ordered little-man to return my property, & he refused to obey her.  Months later, another apology came my way from a Judge who cleared my record by Motion to Dismiss, & also from the D.A.'s Representative who was there.

Many of my friends, relatives, fellow Church Congregants, neighbors, & others shunned me as soon as the Newspaper was published, & continued to do so from then-on.  To this very day, even.  My Mother taught an important tenet to me while I was a young boy.  "The Christian Army, is the only Army, that bayonets its own Wounded."  I lived it.  I no longer blindly 'Back the Blue.'

After the election, I'll get the Press restrained from reporting arrests, names, photos, information that can identify, any portion of any of the story, & so-on.  Civilian policing agencies will also be prohibited from sharing any such information.  BECAUSE WE'RE INNOCENT UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY, & our reputations are damaged by releasing information that identifies people who have NOT been found to be guilty by a Jury of their Peers, as charged.

"Back the Blue', 'til it happens to you."  "A Liberal is someone who hasn't been assaulted. A Conservative is someone who hasn't been arrested."
