Public-Through Hypocrisy
We've termed matters 'UnConstitutional' & I've created another, related word for where it fits better & more accurately: 'AntiConstitutional.' Many of the powers-that-be are truly AntiConstitutional & implement UnConstitutional rules & enforcement against us. I'm going to stop that in California.

No-one shall have rules applied to them differently. Eg: Residents can be issued a gun-permit for only two years, but the same permit for a civilian peace officer is for years longer & the same permit, again, is many years longer for Judges. Who do you think likes that the most? Who do you think came-up with that Anti-Constitutional rule? Not only that, but the Right to Keep (possess) & Bear (have; bring to bear) Arms 9the weapons of the current day) shall Not (NOT) be infringed. Restrictions, are infringements. Licensing & permitting, are infringements. Registration, is an infringement. Banning quality firearms, is an infringement. Banning modes of carry, transportation, & etc, are infringements.

Residents have been Anti-Constitutionally ruled-against with regard to firearms in many examples such as AB-23 & AB-50 to name a few, but those rules ALWAYS EXEMPT civilian peace officers & civilian Judges. Who do you think likes that the most? Who do you think came-up with that Anti-Constitutional rule?

Seatbelts are optional for them, but not us. Driving while distracted isn't allowed for us but isn't prohibited of them. Who do you think likes that the most? Who do you think came-up with such Anti-Constitutional rules?

Somehow, the 'civilian-authorities' maintain clean driving-dossiers & never receive citations although they are often stopped while traveling off-duty. I have a comprehensive plan to end those injustices & it's nearly foolproof. We all know that they'll tirelessly study how to overcome my rules for them, but I & my Team will be studying how to overcome their efforts. They will be forced to play fair, or they will be prohibited from playing at all.

A CHP STO assaulted another Traveler while off-duty due to road-rage. He followed his Victim into a Rest Area & physically attacked him. CHP's STO was fired for that. CHP re-hired the very same STO & he continued a career all the way through to retirement.
Hypocrisy
A CHP STO (State Traffic Officer) was arrested by a City Vice Unit in the Bay Area's south-end, for solicitation of a Prostitute at a gathering known as The Blue Room. CHP immediately began writing traffic violation citations to the City's civilian peace officers & especially those of its Vice Unit. The City Police complained to the CHP & the CHP actually APOLOGIZED & removed their citations for traffic-violations from the System.

A retired CHP STO brags about traveling everywhere he goes at 90mph because he doesn't receive citations when stopped. He suggests Citizens, which he calls 'civilians', roll-down all windows possible, turn-on all interior lights possible, hold their hands up, & sit-still every time they're stopped (a stop, a pulling-over, is an arrest) – for, of course – officer safety. The same retired STO confessed to having the OCD mental-disorder in regard to proper use of commas in punctuation, & to having the mental disorder of hoplophilia. He vaingloriously thinks of himself as an O.G. on-top of all of that.

A CHP family faced a very expensive towing charge for their machine that had burned-down while high in the foothills. The matriarch of the CHP family called the reporting-STO, requested he change the report to an abandoned-vehicle claim instead of a breakdown, & he did so for her. That way, you & I paid for the tow as Taxpayers, & the CHP family didn't pay anything. That was obstruction of justice, filing false police reports, fraud, theft of public funds, conspiracy, & etc. The STO continued his CHP career until retirement. I confronted the Matriarch & she refused to take corrective action, reimburse us (Californians), & was unapologetic about any of her crimes against us.

A pack of cars were traveling on a freeway at about 20mph over the posted limit. A CHP STO stopped each at the same time, which is illegal & AntiPolicy to do. After each of the Travelers were bunched-up roadside, the STO released a cop among them who'd displayed his badge, with no further ado. Each of the others were issued speeding citations.

There is no end to the double-standards & hypocrisy of the "We, are elite, & take care of our own. You, though, are just some little civilian" crowd & I intend to fully end that & their careers. They will be fired as they come to my attention for doing so. They've been passing-through personality scrutinization for several decades, & the Psychologists are green-lighting them into having power-over-others despite high scores in 'narcissism.' That's going to be changed if I'm elected Governor of California.

CHP will be replaced with a far-superior Organization with different responsibilities & Sheriff Offices will be allotted the former CHP budgets proportionate to their County area, in order to add personnel, services, & equipment, meanwhile. The STO Brown-Shirts are going to be history; the Tan & Blue Revenue Crew will be a thing of the past.
