Custodial Stewardship of the Physical World We Live In

Pollutions of various types, wastes of fresh-water, forestry replenishment, wildlife areas, parks & recreational areas, & so-forth, are completely our responsibility.  We're to utilize the physical world to serve us properly, without damaging it adversely.  Efforts are made in that regard regularly, while room for improvement always exists.  We can do even better than we have been.

Heavy-handed draconian methods, programs, rules, & etc are not necessary or justifiable.  The lovers of nature have overdone things many times & in many ways.  Those travesties need to be rectified.  There will be no more Field Mice, Kangaroo Rats, Smelt, or anything else of that nature that will be successfully used to hamstring mankind's responsible progress & improvements of the Earth that he is to subdue.

Different ways of caretaking can be implemented, so long as they are better than those they replace or augment.  Methods in use currently can be studied for proof that they actually work, & if not, they can be ended quickly.  Methods that have been proposed but not tested, implemented, proven, or etc – should receive high billing on the list of options for improvement.

Landfill use, recycling methods & requirements, Stores' bags, & so-forth are going to be reworked to the acceptability of the Residents & Businesses.  Charges for CRV that are never returned, are going to end.  Many more foolish ways that have been implemented, will be things of the past.

Trees, bushes, ground-cover, & etc will have high-priority for planting.  Foresters, Horticulturists, Ranchers, Landscapers, & Organizations such as the Audubon Society will be offered opportunity to suggest techniques & in some cases lead the effort to improve topography, Statewide, improving water-retention, natural cooling, aesthetics, & more.

That will be how we go about it.  Out with the unjustified, idiotic, failed, & marginal; in with the best.
