Daylight Saving Time

Californians will no longer have to adjust for DST.  Public Schools, public governments, & other such entities' schedules will bear the burden of adjusting.  Competitive Commerce & all private entities & persons will make their own rules.  A tentative example is that when other States, Commonwealths, Territories, Districts & etc change, public entities will change the schedule, but not the clock.  Private entities will do as they wish.  Time will remain the same, but your 8am showtime may be 9am or 7am when the sunlight at the end of the day is desired.  We're going to drop out of DST, but your daylight will be managed by the changing of schedules instead of clocks.
