Weapons

I intend to end the AntiConstitutional infringements of our God-given Second Amendment, our Article II, of our uSA's Bill of Rights.

This will include State enforcement of the 1927 ban of transporting firearms via US Mail, the National Firearms Act of 1934, the 1967 Mulford Act, the 1968 Gun Control Act, AB-23 & AB-50 of the 1990's, transportation & separation & container & lock & storage 'rules' & all other infringements.

Gun 'rules' that'll remain, in whole or in part, & modified as appropriate, are related to quality of manufacture, design, service-life, ruggedness, dependability, reasonable safety in alignment with Firearms Industry standards, & so-forth.  The 'Saturday Night Specials' aren't coming back.  Good guns, are, if I'm elected, & the good guns that you already have, are going to be decriminalized right along with YOU. 

 

Night Sticks, Saps, Zappers, Sprays, ballistic protective wear, & etc that were AntiConstitutionally allowed to only civilian peace officers & other public-trough careerists, but not We the People, are going to make a full comeback.  Night Sticks already have I'm told.  The new trend of corrections 'away-from' long-lived AntiConstitutional 'rules' is going to not only continue, but it's going to be a well-fed trend & generate as much steam as it can, until Kalifornia is no more. 

 

Ze People's Socialist Republik und Police State uf Kalifornia, is going into its death-throes as soon as I'm elected by you.  NO CLASS of Citizen is going to be treated differently from any other class of Citizen.  The heyday of elitist exemptions of public 'service' in the public 'sector' by public 'employees' is going to go away, & the public 'servant' is going to replace them in public 'service' at the public 'trough'. 

 

Slothful, aloof, elitist parasites be damned!  One of my personal mottos is "Untouchables, aren't".
