RIGHTS, & Constitutional Government
Rights are God-given. Government does not “grant” them — & government must be constantly restrained from violating them. Unrestrained bureaucrats & public-trough careerists WILL infringe on your Rights heavily & egregiously, if you don't prevent them from doing so. As Governor of California, I will protect us from those incessant dangers if elected by you.
Accountability & Transparency
We, the People, deserve maximum-results from minimal-expenditures, full-transparency, full-accountability, a service-culture disposition from our public-servants, successful competitive-commerce efficiency in political-governance, & respectable public institutions that are not at all self-serving.
Public Safety with Integrity
I'll immediately end policies that incentivize enforcement as revenue, refocus public safety onto producing peace & order, & end AntiConstitutional rule-making & policing.
A Bureau of California State Personnel Investigations will be a new State Organization that polices the civilian peace officers & agents, wardens & guards, & others-such that are allowed the privilege of our employ, & have the responsibility of serving us. Civilian policing & investigating agencies, organizations, & etc will still be allowed the privilege of investigating themselves, but a separate Bureau of Investigators with the integrity of Serpico & Batt, for a few examples, will be tasked with the responsibility of a fully-comprehensive, fully-accountable, & fully-transparent investigation - followed by unwashed Press Releases upon conclusions of cases. No more Blue Code of Silence for Californians & our Guests to suffer. No more hiding police-crimes as "personnel matters."
Education that Prepares Kids for Life
Restore vocational-training, practical life skills, & strong fundamentals — real education for real opportunity. No more social-engineering. No more overemphasis on Sports. Physical Education will be returned, helping our morbidly-obese populace desire the longest & healthiest lives that can be lived. Kardashian, will go out of style & acceptance. Health, nutrition, & fitness will be championed, much like RFK Jr. is currently doing a great job of.
Public Safety, without Surveillance Culture dossiers
Public safety via 'police services' is rightfully performed when restrained to constitutionally-allowed policing. No more 'policing for profit'. Civilian peace officers & organizations will have NO financial benefit in generating fines, fees, taxes, charges, ad-valorems, or etc. No more civil asset-forfeitures to fund policing. No more police auctions to financially pad police accounts. No more destruction of seized property that can be legitimately sold.
Currently, one-third of what we're fleeced-for goes into their pockets, one-third of what we're fleeced-for goes into the Judges' pockets, & one-third of what we're fleeced-for goes into funding their bureaucracies. That is GOING TO BE ENDED, UNCEREMONIOUSLY & with extreme prejudice!
Qualified Immunity, is going to be ended.
Electronic Surveillance, Drone Surveillance, & etc, will become very highly restricted under my Gubernatorial servitude. Recordkeeping will be reduced & access to retained records will become very highly restricted, in similar fashion.
